This contract (« Contract ») is entered into by and between the party wishing to make an ATV street legal (« Owner ») and the relevant regulatory authority (« Authority ») in the state of Kentucky.

Whereas, the Owner wishes to make their ATV street legal in accordance with Kentucky state laws and regulations;

Whereas, the Authority has the jurisdiction to oversee and regulate the street legality of vehicles in the state of Kentucky;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, the Owner and the Authority hereby agree as follows:

1. Compliance Kentucky State Laws: Owner agrees comply applicable Kentucky state laws regulations regarding street legality ATVs. This includes but is not limited to, obtaining the necessary permits, licenses, and insurance coverage.
2. Inspection Certification: Owner agrees submit ATV inspection certification relevant Authority ensure meets required safety emission standards street use Kentucky.
3. Modification Upgrades: If necessary, Owner agrees make modifications upgrades ATV mandated Authority ensure compliance Kentucky state laws street use.
